Applicable Scope and Performance Features: Type GMJ cabinet-type soy sauce (vinegar) sterilizer is suitable for the sterilization of soy sauce and vinegar. Sterilization temperature is 80-100ºC and heat efficiency is 92.76%. Steam condensation water is 70ºC. It does not install stream trap at the outlet of condensation water. With continuous sterilization method, the treatment amount each hour is 800-9000Kg. Specification of each level: sterilization rate 99.8%. For example, if the total amount of bacteria before soy sauce sterilization is 1 million/ml, then the amount after sterilization will be 2000/ml (later thermal insulation process); Features * Applying sectional heating method, the heating time in high-temperature area is less than 8 seconds, largely reducing the transfer of the effective contents such as amino acid and avoiding material coking; * It is convenient to install and use, and simple and fast to wash. * The material of Type D sterilizer applies 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel and the outer cover applies SUS304. * The material of material flow, rapid door-open and steam heat exchange pipe of Type E sterilizer apply 1Cr18NiqTi stainless steel, and the outer cover and supporting foot apply SUS304 plate.
